Hidalgo County, Texas — On September 10, 2025, Peña Aleczander announced that a district court granted the firm’s motion to dismiss a felony indictment against a client. The Court’s ruling concluded that the prosecution was time-barred under Texas law, bringing the matter to a close before trial.
